A flavour note from the founder:
"I worked on this recipe for almost a year because the balance is so important here. The Maple syrup is graded A, which is Canada’s highest stamp and is blended with truffle in two forms. Firstly, an extra virgin olive oil (which has been cold pressed in Spain to lock in the flavours and infused with Umbria’s finest white truffle) and secondly the salt, which is blended with an organic black truffle from Molise, an area protected from industrial farming."
